BARRIE ACQUIRES DEFENSEMAN FOX FROM SAULT STE. MARIE
Barrie, ON- The Barrie Colts are happy to announce today that they have made a trade with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds.
The Colts acquire defenseman Marshall Fox from the Greyhounds in exchange for a couple of draft picks.
The 6’2”, 172 pound Thunder Bay native was originally drafted by Sault Ste. Marie in the seventh round of the 2008 OHL Priority Selection.
In 30 career games Fox has accumulated two assists and five penalty minutes and now joins his second team.
The Colts sent Sarnia’s third round pick in 2011, and their own seventh round pick in the 2012 OHL Priority Selection to the Greyhounds.
